Important: Before requesting a refund, we require that you contact our Support Team (email, whatsapp, telegram, viber) to resolve any issues you may be experiencing with our service. Our dedicated team is available to assist you with any technical difficulties, billing concerns, or other questions you may have. We may be able to resolve your issue promptly, and a refund may not be necessary.
Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following conditions:
- You have contacted our Support Team and allowed us to attempt to resolve your issue.
- You are requesting a refund within 15 days of your initial subscription or renewal date.
- You have not previously requested a refund for the same subscription period.
Refund Terms
- Annual Subscriptions: We offer a 90% refund for annual subscriptions within 15 days of the initial subscription date. After this period, refunds will be prorated based on the remaining time left in the subscription period.
- Lifetime Subscriptions: We offer a 75% refund for lifetime subscriptions within 15 days of the initial subscription date. After this period, refunds will be prorated based on the remaining time left in the subscription period.
- Trial Period: If you signed up for a free trial, you will not be eligible for a refund if you cancel during or after the trial period.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- If our Support Team is unable to resolve your issue, you will be provided with a refund request form.
- Complete the refund request form and submit it to our Support Team.
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your completed refund request form.

Exceptions: We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases where:
